I am still curious about the van mentioned earlier. If that does work out, we should get a headcount on who wants to go, pool some money for gas, if we have somewhere to stay in philly, etc...

Philly is NOWHERE near Penn State's main campus (where this is held) Shick. It's actually 3 hours away, so staying there might cause some trouble.

Well then, we need a final headcount of people, see if jking can get access to said van (or see if someone else has access to a vehicle (I have a sedan, so 4 people plus me MAX)), and then get in touch for accommodations. But, I'm fairly sure its first come-first served, so lets get this set up!

I contacted the person organizing the invitational as the UMD representative and told him I and three other people would be coming up. I said three other people because I think that's how many said they were going during the mod meeting. There will most likely be a van taking us there, so we probably have room in that for ~8 more people and can organize carpools for overflow people.

I just got back from the Penn State Invitational. It was me, Nate DeSelms, Dan Michaelsin, and Andrew Brooks. And to say it was good does not do justice to how freaking AWESOME the whole thing was! Those of you who canceled and wussed out should rue the day you decided not to go. I'm already eagerly awaiting next years Invitational, and so should ALL of you!
